How do I book a VR Escape Room?

Booking is simple! Select the number of players, choose your date and time, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email. Then you’re ready for the adventure!

How can I pay?

At Escape Time, you can pay safely online in advance. We accept iDeal, Mastercard, and Visa.
Visiting without a reservation? You can pay by card on-site.
For corporate bookings, payment via invoice is also available.

How much does a VR Escape Room cost?

The price depends on the number of players and the time of day:

Weekdays (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

2 players: €33.33 per person
3 players: €28.50 per person
4 players: €26.00 per person

Evenings (5:00 PM – 9:30 PM) & Weekends

2 players: €37.50 per person
3 players: €30.00 per person
4 players: €27.50 per person

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Cancellations are unfortunately not possible. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for another day or time. Changes made on the day of your booking will incur a €35 administration fee.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! They make the perfect gift. You can purchase them online or on-site. Click here for more information.

What if I’m late?

We’ll do our best to let you play, but unfortunately, this isn’t always possible. VR games have a fixed duration of 60 minutes, and if another group is scheduled after you, we cannot guarantee a full session.
Tip: Arrive at least 10 minutes early so you don’t miss a thing!

Can I play with more than 4 people?

Yes! If you’re coming with a larger group, you’ll play in turns across two back-to-back time slots. Make sure to book two slots so everyone can enjoy the full VR experience.
While one group is in the VR game, the other can have fun playing our board games!

How long is a VR Escape Room?

Each game lasts about 60 minutes, unless you manage to escape faster. 😉 The Game Master will give a short briefing before you start, and afterwards you can celebrate and chat about your adventure over a drink.

Can I move around in the VR Escape Room??

Yes! Our VR headsets let you move freely around your own play area.

Will I get motion sick in a VR Escape Room?

Our VR games let you move freely, so you move along with the game itself. This makes the chance of motion sickness very low. Need a break? You can always take off the headset.

I’ve never played VR before, is that a problem?

Not at all! Our Game Master will explain everything: how the headset works, how to communicate, and how to use the controllers. During the game, you can always ask for help.

Can I play a VR game if I wear glasses?

Yes, absolutely! Our headsets are adjustable and comfortably fit over most glasses.

What is the minimum age to play a VR Escape Room?

At Escape Time VR, players aged 13 and up can join, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. From 18 years old, you can play without adult supervision.
